What is a restorative breath?
This is a strategy to support your nervous system, learning to breath effectively and efficiently has a myriad of benefits. Stress reduction, improved heart and lung function, better sleep, improved immune response, better digestion, improved mental clarity, and improved energy output and muscle function, just to name a few.
What does NLP mean?
Neuro Linguistic Programming is a set of principles and techniques that bring awareness to someone’s thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve them. The principals and techniques are aimed at creating change, enhancing self-awareness, increasing confidence, building communication skills, and motivating positive social actions. This may reduce anxiety and improve overall wellbeing.

We offer three types of sessions:
- 1:1 Sessions – Available in person or via Zoom/Teams for a personalized experience.
- Group Sessions – Conducted in person or via Zoom/Teams, perfect for shared growth and learning.
- Retreat Sessions – Held in person for immersive, hands-on experiences.
